2022
Foundations in Evidence
GRNS didn’t start with a business plan. It started with a belief: that health should be simple, proven, and something we could build with the community, not just sell to it.
In 2022, we saw how many powders looked good on the shelf but lacked the basics: no testing, too many nasties, no science behind the claims. At the same time, we felt a pull to contribute to the growing wellness space, to be part of a movement that made everyday health accessible and real.
That’s where the idea for GRNS was born.
2023
Formulation Through Experimentation
By 2023, we were deep in experiments. Dozens of blends came and went, and most ended up in the bin. Talking to experts, researching the literature. Our office was 98% covered in scoops, powder, and failed formulas.
But this was the year GRNS first reached people beyond us. We launched a bare-bones store, shipped our first tubs, and got feedback that was as raw and honest as it gets. It wasn’t perfect, but it was the first step in turning an idea into something people could actually hold in their hands.
2024
Scaling Science Into Systems
2024 was the year GRNS starting levelling up. We became GRNS AUS Pty Ltd, brought together a crew who shared our vision, and scaled subscriptions far beyond those early customers. We re-designed our tub and product, and it became more recognisable to what it is today.
We launched GRNHOUSE as a hub of credible health knowledge, started the Everyday Performers community, where we partnered with Olympians, athletes, and everyday health freaks who trusted our formula.
More than anything, 2024 was about connection. Building GRNS not just as a product, but as a voice in the wider health and wellness community.
2025
Next-Generation Formula
This year had been about consolidating. We released our new, improved formula with a stronger blend of ingredients, refined our tubs and bottles, and made one of our toughest calls: pausing all new subscriptions for two months. We poured all that way had into R&D and developed the most comprehensive formula we could, whilst still remaining affordable. It was a tough call, and it nearly bankrupt us, but it was to make our product even better and create the formula the right way.
That decision reflected why we started GRNS in the first place: to do things properly, even when it hurts growth.
And now, GRNS has begun its global journey. Even though GRNS does not advertise or partner with any International athletes/sports-people, we became global and saw demand in our formula world-wide.
2026 | Current
Next Chapter
This year hasn’t just been about revenue growth or new customers. It feels like we’ve grown up as a brand.
We’ve expanded the GRNS lineup. Every addition has been intentional and built around strengthening the daily ritual. The goal has always been to support consistency, not complexity. If it doesn’t make the routine easier, more premium, or more aligned with our Brain Body Biome philosophy, it doesn’t make it in.
One of the most surreal parts of this year has been partnering with professional athletes and Olympians. Not in a gimmicky way, but in a way that feels aligned. These are people who genuinely care about what they put into their bodies. Seeing GRNS in lockers, gym bags, recovery rooms, and kitchens of high performers is something we don’t take lightly.
At the same time, the brand itself has evolved. Watching people from completely different walks of life connect through the same simple daily ritual reminds us why we started this in the first place.
Behind the scenes, we’ve also been working on something new.
We won’t say too much yet, but there’s a flavour coming. It’s been a slow process. A lot of testing, refining, and making sure it still feels like GRNS.
We’re proud of how far we’ve come. And quietly, we’re even more excited about what’s next.

What Does GRNS Taste Like?
GRNS comes in two flavours, Natural and Mango Passionfruit.
Natural is light, clean, and essentially unflavoured. No sweeteners, no grit, no aftertaste, just a refreshing neutral that mixes easily into water or whatever you're already drinking.
Mango Passionfruit is lightly tropical, delicate rather than sweet, and not artificially flavoured. The fruit notes do a good job of masking any earthiness, so you get none of that grassy aftertaste you'd expect from a greens product.
Neither contains sweeteners, sugars, fillers, or artificial flavours.
