Will I Feel a Difference?

Short answer, Yes.

 

Long answer, each person reacts to micronutrients differently and vary on many things such as diet, environment, age, fitness etc. Our body systems also react differently to different targeted molecules. Gut and digestion improvements are normally felt within 24-48 hours, whilst cognition and stress improvements require consistent use over weeks. Our formula targets the entire body, therefore depending on interrelationships, consistent use over weeks will provide clear changes in energy, mood, glow, and foundational wellness.

GRNS is intended to be used daily - once a day - in the morning.

What Is the Serving Size

One serving = 1 heaped teaspoon (8g) into at least 300ml of water, smoothies, yoghurt, juice, or your favourite liquid. Enjoy once or twice daily.
