How to Request a Refund
Simply email us at support@grns.com.au with your proof of purchase and we'll take care of the rest. No need to return the product.
Subscription Orders
Initial subscription orders are fully eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Renewal orders are not eligible for refunds once processed. Because renewals are packed ahead of time and dispatched promptly, reversals are not possible once the order has been confirmed. This does not affect your right to a refund on damaged or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@grns.com.au with photos and your order details. We'll organise a replacement or full refund straight away.
